Pups have arrived.

The wait is over. The whelping started at 7:05PM 5/25 and finished up at 02:25AM 05/26. It seemed to me to be an easy whelping. The pups are all black spotted[ 7 total 4 males one patch and 3 females]. They weighed between 8.50 ounces and 11.50 ounces, this made for an easy whelping as there were no over size pups. By day two all of the pups have experienced solid weight gain as much as 25%. They are all active with good muscle tone. They only problem is getting Star to leave the whelping box, that is a real challenge. Dew claws will be removed tomorrow.
